1st July to 30th June.

Section 4.

In pursuance of the Rating Ordinance, 1901, I require you to furnish me with the particulars relating to these Tenements in the manner specified below, and return the same to me within ten days from the date hereof.

Total Rent for the current Month for the whole Tenement. State if this includes Rates, and if any portion of the Tenement is unoccupied.
