The second division, which was a good deal in fluenced by the rates that ruled for the Benares, sold intermediately, commenced at 1,445 and shewed no great fluctuation the rates ruling from 1,430 a 1,455.
The first purchases of the Benares were the chea- pest, the biddings opening at 1,315 and ultimately reached 1,845, the greater portion selling at 1,320 @ 1,335
