I the Undersigned respectfully beg to intimate to the Marchants, Captains, Ofisers of Ships, and the inhabitants in general of this Island, that having engaged a very Commodious House in a Conven- ent part of the Town, it is my intention, by virtue. of a Licence granted me by the Oficial Authorities, to open Public Auction and Commission Rooms, and humbly solicit a portion of the kind patronage of the Public.
CONDITIONS.
Account Sales will be rendered three days after, and proceeds fifteen or sooner if required:
A Commission of 5 per Cent will be charged on any amount not exceeding
