VII.-ORDER OF REMOVAL OF A CRIMINAL LUNATIC.

Colonial Prisoners' Removal Act, 1884.

Whereas A.B. is in custody in the Colony (or Protectorate, or

as a criminal lunatic having been charged with the offence of and found to have been insane at the time of such offence (or to be unfit on the ground of insanity to be tried for such offence) [or having been convicted of the offence of
