OTICE is hereby given that by an Order of
of February instant, the Shareholders of the said Asiatic Marine Insurance Office, are required to pay the further Sum of Company's Rupees One Thousand, assessed in respect of each share held by them respectively on or before the following dates, that is to say, the Shareholders resident in Calcutta, or the Suburbs thereof, on or before the first day of May next, the Shareholders resident in Hongkong and Bombay, on or before the first day of July next, and the Shareholders resident in Great Britain and all other places not mentioned in the said Order on or before the first day September next, and that in default the Official Assignee will be at liberty to apply that the de- faulting Shareholders be adjudged to have com→ mitted an Act of Insolvency according to the provisions of the Indian Insolvent Act.-Dated the 21st February, 1863.

in this Court at the suit of the above named Mun-Lun, against the above named Wong- Yeem-Chow, to recover the sum of One thousand Five hundred and Four Dollars and Forty- nine Cents for the price and value of Goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiff to the Defendant and for money found to be due to the Plaintiff on an account stated by the Defendant, and also for interest on the said sum from the Twentieth day of March, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty- three, and it being alleged that the said Wong- Yeem-Chow does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Ticenty-seventh day of April instant, wherein Achoy and the Kong-Hook-Wo Hong are Garnishres.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action, the said Wong-Yeei-Chow or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled “An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in actious at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said Attach- ment may be dissolved.
