GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

Tenders will be received at the Registrar General's Office, up to Noon of Thursday, the 25% ustant, for the Privilege of preparing and selling Prepared Opium within this Colony for One Your om the 1st of August, 1870, under the Conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 2 of 1858, and in the Aditional Regulations of the 27th July, 1869.

A small Steamer without nane found derelict at Sea in Latitude 18° 6' North and Longitude 150 East, has been towed into the Port of Manila by the Master of the British barque Petunia. The description of the said Steainer is as follows:-
