The object of this Bill is to adapt the Treaty of Peace (Austria) Order, 1920, to the circumstances of this Colony. The Order was published in the Hongkong Gazette of the 12th November, 1920..

2. The method followed is the same as that adopted Ordinance No. 3 of 1920.
