"The Representation of a Red five pointed "STAR" in the centre of which appears a large Green T.”
in the name of THE TEXAS COMPANY, a corpora tion of the State of Texas, United States of America, who claim to be the proprietors therof.
The Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of illuminating, heating and lubricat- ing oils, in Class No. 47.
The Application is limited in colour to a red five pointed Star and a green T. Representa- tions of the mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks or at the office of the undersigned.
