OTICE is hereby given that SUN COMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey and doing business at 1428 South Penn Square, City of Philadel- phia, State of Pennsylvania, U.S.A., have on the 4th day of June, 1920, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---

in the name of SUN COMPANY, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Appli cants, since about the year 1909, in respect of lubricating oil only, in Class 47.
