Chefoo Harbour Northern Entrance to Inner
Harbour under Construction.
LIGHT-BEACONS-CHARACTERISTICS OF LIGHTS CHANGED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the characteristics of the lights exhibited on the Light- beacons marking the northern entrance to the Inner Harbour under construction in Chefoo Harbour have been changed as follows :-
The light exhibited on the Breakwater North Beacon is. now a white light
occulting every 10 seconds, thus :--

0.5 second. 9.5 seconds.
The light exhibited on the Light-beacon off the eastern end of the Mole is
now a red light occulting every 10 seconds, thus :--

0.5 second. 9.5 seconds.
This Beacon will hereafter be known as the Mole End Light-beacon.

NOTICE is hereby given that, the report has been received from Hyogo Prefecture, in which the character, the candle power and the visibility of the light of Shikama lighthouse, at the Nishiliatoba of Shikama harbour, Province of Harima, had been changed, as follows,. and at the same time, the illuminated arc been corrected, since the 4th August, 1920.

Character :-Fixed green.
Power :-630 Candles.
Visibility-11 Nautical Miles in clear light.
Illuminated Arc:- An arc of 270°, from S. 25° W., through W., N. and E., to S.
65° E. (Magnetic bearings taken from the seaward).
Gulf of Tokyo.
Notice is hereby given that, Shinagawa lighted buoy, off Shinagawa, Province of Musashi, which had been drifted the other day (see Notification No. 1300, August, 1920), shall be remoored in near future, to the new position distance about 2 cables to N. 6° E. from the last position.
Further notice will be given after the above buoy has been remoored.
