The Trade Marks have rospectively been used by the Applicants as follows, viz.:-No. 1, since 18th day of February, 1911; No. 2, since 3rd day of September, 1914; No. 3, since 21st day of March, 1915; and No. 4, since 3rd day of June, 1914; all in respect of Cigarettes being certain of the goods mentioned in the Company's applications, viz: Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45.
The above mentioned Trade Marks are to be associated with Trade Mark No. 115 of 1906, and Trade Mark No. 36 of 1914, and with each other.
