The Trade Marks have rospectively been used by the Applicants as follows, viz.:-No. 1, since 18th day of February, 1911; No. 2, since 3rd day of September, 1914; No. 3, since 21st day of March, 1915; and No. 4, since 3rd day of June, 1914; all in respect of Cigarettes being certain of the goods mentioned in the Company's applications, viz: Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45.
