OTICE is hereby given that the under-
signed applied on the 26th day of March, 1920, for registration in the Register of Trade Marks, Hongkong, of the following Trade Mark:---

HOVEL
in the name of WYOMING SHOVEL WORKS, A Cor- poration of Wyoming, Luzerne, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., who claims to be the proprietor thereof. The Trade Mark has been used by the Appli- cants in respect of Shovels, Spades, Scoops and Similar Articles, in Class 13.
The applicant disclaims the right to the exclusive use of the Shovels in the mark.

in the name of NORTH AMERICAN DYE Corpora- TION, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Appli- cants in respect of Dyes (or Colors), since December, 1918, in Class 4.
