Declaration and Office Copies of the British Letters Patent and complete Speci- fication required by the above mentioned Ordi- nance have been duly filed in the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and that it is the intention of the above named AMERICAN LINSEED COMPANY, by Messrs. JOHNSON, STOKES & MASTER their Solicitors to apply to His Excellency the Governor in Council for Letters l'atent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said invention And Notice is hereby also given that a Sitting of the Executive Council before whom the matter of the Petition will come for decision will be held in the Council Chamber at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hong- kong, on Thursday, the 8th day of July, 1920, at 9.30 o'clock in the forencon.
