OTICE is hereby given that the Petition, Declaration and specification required by the above mentioned Onlingace have been duly filed in the then of the Colonial Seere- tary of Hongkong and that it is the intention of the boven med FERNANDO STAUD XIMENEZ, by DENNYS & BOWLEY, his Solici. tors, to apply for Letters Patent for the exclu- sive use within the Colony of Hongkong, of the abovenamed invention at a sitting of the Executive Commeil to be held at the Council Chamber on Monday the 9th day of September, 1907, at 2.30 p.m.

"OTICE is hereby given that LEUNG WING PO of No. 21 Rua Do Gambon. Macao, and of No. 90 Queen's Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant, trading under the style Sun Shing has on the 30th day of July, 1907, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

in the name of LEUNG WING Po who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Kwong Fat Cheong firm from whom the Applicant purchased the same, and is intended to be used by the Applicant forthwith, in respect of Cassia and Star Aniseed Oils in Class 1.

in the name of the said HONGKONG MILLING COMPANY LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark is jutended to be used by The Applicants in respect of the following goods in the following Class viz.:—-
