the 18th July 1907 it was unanimously Ta General Meeting of Creditors held on
resolved to accept a proposal uride on behalf of the debtor to pay in full all the debts required to be paid in priority in the distribu- tion of the property of a bankrupt, and to pay a composition of 30 per cent. on the claims of the unseenrod creditors, on the understan ling that when this was done application should be made to the Court to anmil the Adjudication Order. It has now been reported to me that a dividend of 30 per cent. has actually been paid on all the unsecured debts due by the bankrupt, except one sum of $3.80 due to the Chau Wing Lau firm which is reported closor.
