Road Central Hongkong Bird's Nest Dealers, have on the 11th day of July, 1907. applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Regis- ter of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :---

The representation of a Chines baby sitting on a stool holding in his right hand a racket with the characters

肥兒糕 inscribed thereon the

translation of which is "Chird fat- tening cake and in his left hand a

tin with the characters 代乳粉

and inscribed thereon the

transitions of which are:- Pulver- ised substitute for milk” and “Genu- ine stuff"

in the names of POON U CHUN ani Lo Nat ON trading as the Wing Yuen Wo Ki Shop, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap. plicants in respect of the following goods :— Medicated birds' nests and rice, in Class 49.

A facsimile of sach Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of ! Hongkong.
