4. The Purchaser of each Lot shall build and finish, fit for occupation, upon the lot, before the expiration of six calendar months from the day of sale, one substantial dwelling or tenement with stone, and lime mortar walls, and tile roof, and in. other respects in accordance with the conditions of the Officer Buildings Ordinance, No. 8 of 1856.

6.
