the Officera Buildings With reference to Government Notification No. 251 of the 16th June, 1885, it is hereby notified that ALFRED BULMER JOHNSON, Esquire, having returned to the Colony, His Excellency the Offi Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint ALFRED GASCOYNE WISE, Esquire, Acting, 20 Registrar of the Supreme Court, to be a Member of the Commission appointed to revise the Laws and ba Ordinances of Hongkong, during the absence of the Honourable E. L. O'MALLEY.
