Application for Registration of Trade Marks.

OTICE is hereby given that the BRADFORD DYERS' ASSOCIATION, LIMITED, of Regis- tered Office, 39, Well Street, Bradford, York- shire, England, an Association of Dyers and Finishers, have on the 4th day of March, 1919, and 31st day of July, 1919, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :-

The Trade Marks have respectively been used by the Applicants as follows, viz.:-

No. 1, since 15th September, 1905; No. 2, since 16th March, 1918; No. 3, since 28th December, 1911; and No. 4, since 21st April, 1904, all in respect of Cotton Piece Goods of all kinds, in Class 24.

The above mentioned Trade Mark No. I is to be associated with Trade Marks Nos. 64, 65, 66, 67, 68 and 69 of 1906.

OTICE is hereby given that Messrs. W. R. LOXLEY & Co., of Victoria, Hong- kong, have on the 28th day of July, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

1. The representation of a Chinese girl walking on lotus flowers set in a semi circle. On either side the Chinese
