Re GOLAM HYDER lately of No. 197, Queen's Road East, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Store- houseman, PEER KHAN, of Vic- toria, aforesaid, Storehouseman, and KATO lately of No. 197, Queen's Road East, Victoria. aforesaid, Married Woman, carry- ing on business of a Dairy Farin under the style of Hyder Brothers at Mongkok, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hongkong.
fifth and final dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter after the expiration of one month from the 12th day of June, 1919.
NOTICE is hereby given that GOLAM HYDER
and PEER KHAN having applied to the Court for their discharge, the Court has fixed ¦ Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1919, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon for hearing the applica- tions.
