sixth and final dividend of $10.00 per cent. has been declared in the above matter.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-

mentioned dividends may be received at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, afore- said, on Saturday, the 22nd day of March, 1919. between the hours of 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and on any subsequent day during office hours.

Creditors applying for payment must produce any bills of exchange or other securities held by them and must sign a receipt in the pre- scribed form.

Passed 15th February, 1919. Confirmed 8th March, 1919.

Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of A

the above-named Company duly con- venel and held at the Company's office No. 10, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, ou the 15th day of February, 1919, the subjoined Resolutions were duly passed as Extraordinary Resolutions and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company also duly convened and held at the offices aforesaid on the 8th day of March, 1919, the same Resolutions were duly confirmed as Special Resolutions, namely:

(1) That it is desirable to reconstruct the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound-up voluntarily, and that Cur Tok of the ENG BOK FONG STEAMSHIP COMPANY, of No. 37, Des Voux Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

(2) That the said Liquidator be and he is hereby authorised to consent to the registration of a New Company also to be named the CHINA AGENCY AND TRADING COMPANY OF HONGKONG, LIMITED, with a Memorandum and Articles of Association which have already been prepared with the privity and approval of the directors of this Company.

(3) That the draft agreement submitted to this meeting and expressed to be made between this Company and its Liquidator of the one part, and the New Company of the other part, be and the same is hereby approved, and that the said Liquidator be and he is hereby authorized, pursuant to Section 185 of the Companies Ordinance, 1911, to enter into an agreement with such new company (when incorporated) in the terms of the said draft, and to carry the same into effect with such (if any) modifications as he may think expedient.
