OTICE is hereby given that the under- signed applied on the 21st day of Decem- ber, 1918, for the registration in the Register of

Trade Marks, Hongkong, of the following Trade Marks:-

(1) A horse's head

and (2) A running horse

in the name of ARIMA KOSEN KWAISHA, of 289, Arima-cho, Arima-gun, Hyogo-ken, Japan, who claim to be the Proprietors thereof.

The Trade Marks have been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Mineral and Aerated Waters, natural and artificial, in Class 44.
