SUGAR CONVENTION BILL.--The Attorney General moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to repeal the Sugar Convention Ordinance, 1904.

INDICTMENTS BILL.The Attorney General moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled An Ordinance to amend the Law relating to Indictments in Criminal Cases, and matters incidental or similar thereto.

On the motion of Mr. ALABASTER, the following amendments were agreed to :- The words after "injustice" in Clause 6 sub-section 1, and the words and" in sub-section 5 (c) were deleted.
