It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government in Council has given directions for the rescission of the Order of the 24th July, 1919, published in the Gazette of the 25th July, 1919, as Government Notification No. 337, proclaiming Foochow to be a place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.

Order made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under section 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 32 of 1915, on the 18th day of September, 1919.
1. Government Notification No. 403 of the 4th day of September, 1919, published in the Gazette of the 5th day of September, 1919, is hereby repealed.
2. No person shall, without the permission of the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, export or attempt to export from the Colony any Hongkong silver subsidiary coins, unless he is a bona fide traveller leaving the Colony in which case he shall be entitled to take with him out of the Colony Hongkong silver subsidiary coins of the total face value of not more than three dollars.

Order made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under section 9 of the Post Office Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 6 of 1900, on the 18th September, 1919.
It is hereby notified that on and after the 1st of October, 1919, the Union Rate of Postage will be charged on all letters and postcards sent from Hongkong to all places in Sinkiang, Mongolia, and Tibet.
