Johnson, Stokes and Master which is open for inspection at any time during the office hours and funds have been provided for by the Transferee and de- posited with Messrs. Johnson, Stokes and Master for the payment of the said debts which shall be paid within 5 weeks from date hereof sub- ject to the conditions of the supplemental Agreement to the said Assignment now deposit- ed with Messrs. Johnson, Stokes and Master.
