All the said Trade Marks, with the exception of Nos. 47, 48, 49 and 50 have been used by the Applicants, in respect of :-

Chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy, in Class 3.

The Applicants have not previously used the "Antimosan", Oxan", "Phanodorm" and "Jodol", marks (Nos. 47 to 50), but they intend to use the same forthwith in respect of Chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy, in Class 3.

The "Salvarsan" mark (No. 2) is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 69 of 1905, the "Myosalvarsan' mark (No. 24) with No. 40 of 1929, mark No. 51 with No. 355 of 1928, mark No. 57 with No. 351 of 1928, mark No. 58 with No. 357 of 1928, mark No. 59 with No. 367 of 1928 and mark No. 60 with No. 366 of 1928.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
