The above trade mark No. (2) has been used by the Applicants in respect of Stationery in Class 39.

With regard to trade mark No. (1) the Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all written matter except the word "Scissors ". Trade Mark No, (1) is associated with Trade Mark No. 353 of 1929.
