[OTICE is hereby given that A. & F. Pears Limited of the soap works, London Road, Isleworth, Middlesex, England, Manufacturers, on the 6th day of January, 1930, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :-

in the name of the said A. & F. Poars Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Marks Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, have been used by the Applicants in respect of Candles, common soap detergents, illuminating heating or lubricating oils, matches and starch, blue and other preparations for laundry purposes in Class 47 and Trade Marks Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 have been used by the Applicants in respect of Per- fumery including toilet articles preparations for the teeth and hair and perfumed soap, in Class 48.
