OTICE is hereby given that the onler of

16th October, 1928, a receiving onder was made on the same date against Tait and Company, of Amoy, and whereas it appears to the Court that at the first meeting of creditors held on the 14th December, 1928, at Amoy it was duly resolved that the debtors be adjudged bankrupt, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the nors in the said firm of Tait and Company, to FREDERICK Brougham Marshall & JAMES LARDEN BROYFIELO, be and the said debtors are hereby adjudged Bankrupt.

The Supreme Court of Hong Kong, dated the 17th day of December, 1928, confirming the Reduction of the Capital of the above-named Company from £1,000,000 to £947,500 and the Minute Approved by the Court showing with respect to the Capital of the Company as alter-wit. el, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Ordinances was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 18th day of December, 1923.

traordinary General Meeting of mem- bers of the above-naned Company, duly_con-

vened, and held at the office of Messrs. Percy Smith, Seth and Fleming, No. 6, Des Vaux Road Central, Hong Kong, on the Fourth day of December, 1928, the following resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place on the nineteenth day of December, 1928, the same resolution was duly confirmed as a Special Resolution, viz:-

(1) That the Company be wound-up

voluntarily. and

(2) That W. L. Alexander, CChartered Accountant, of No. 6, Des Vœux

Road Central, Hong Kong, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
