NOTICE is hereby given that Toyojiro Nakata of 13, Kyomachi, Kobe, Japan, Merchant, has, on the 18th day of July, 1928, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following
NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition! Trade Mark :----
presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, on the 21st day of September, 1928, for! confirming the Reduction of the Capital of the above Company from £1,000,000 divided into 1,000,000 shares of £1 each of which 350,000 shares have been issued to £947,500 divided into 947,500 shares of £1 each is directed to heard before His Honour Sir Henry Cowper Gollan, Knight, C.R.E., Chief Justice on Thurs- day. the 29th day of November, 1928, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any Creditor or Shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for reducing the Capital of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose.
A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any Creditor or Shareholder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on pay- ment of the regulated charges for the same.
