Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

OTICE is hereby given that the Sze Sik Lung Firm, of No. 41, Tai Sun Street, Canton in the Province of Kwongtung, in the Republic of China, have, on the 7th day of November, 1928, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

N accordance with Section 3 of Ordinance

No. 25 of 1923, (Fraudulent Transfers of Businesses Ordinance, 1923), Notice is hereby given that on the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this Notice in the Hong Kong Government Gazette the Ming Chu Electric Goods Supply Company of 48, Wing Lok Street, Victoria, Hong Kong, will transfer their business together with the good-will thereof to The Hop Shing Tong of 14. Welling- ton Street, Victoria, aforesaid who intend to carry on the said business at Is Wing Lok Street, Vietoria, aforesaid.

The Transferees will asstibie none of the fiabilities incurred by the Transferors,

in the name of the said Sze Sik Lang Firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Shoes and Boots, in Class 38.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the office of the undersigned.

The said Sze Sik Lung Firm, disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the representation of a shoe,
