Nos. 3 and 10 are now being used by the Applicant in Class 47, Matches.

The other Trade Marks have not hitherto been used by the Applicant but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in Class 47, Matches.

Facsimiles of these Trade Marks can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
