Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

OTICE is hereby given that Siemens-Schucktwerke Aktiengesellschaft of Berlin in the Republic of Germany, have, on the 18th day of February, 1928, applied for registration in Hong Kong of the following Trade

The above Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants, on the following goods, in Class 5, in respect of Machinery castings, crude and partially worked base metals, in Class 6, in respect of Machines and parts of machines, particularly electrical machines, dynamos, motors, starters, transformers, chocking coils, rectifiers and parts and auxiliary instruments thereof and therefor, mining machinery such as trenchcutting, boring and kerving machines and accessories; pumps for liquid and air: pressure tools: girder drawing machines; well boring machines, concrete mixing machines, dredgers, automatic weighing apparatus for concrete mixing machine; electric appartus for theatrical purposes projecting appartus; plant for production of hydrogen and oxygen, electrical ship propeller plants, loading and anchor winches, sterring engines and other auxiliary engines for ship, boats and ferries; light houses and section lighting, fire extinguishers, illiminating, heating cooking, cooling, drying and ventilating apparatus and instruments, particularly electric heating bodies for building machines and apparatus for singeing, burning, and embossing, steam generators and accumulators, immersion boilers, in Class 7, in respect of stable, garden and agricultural machines and implements; apparatus for preserving green fodder by electricity, in Class 8, in respect of Time measuring apparatus and parts thereof, particularly electric clocks, physical, chemical optical nautical, electrotechnical machines, weighing, signallying, controlling and photographic apparatus, instruments and implements, particularly apparatus for telegraphy and telephony with and without wires; broad-casting apparatus, also parts thereof and auxiliary apparatus; measuring and counting instruments and appartus, water meters, alcohol measuring apparatus and condensed water meters; flue gas testers, igniting apparatus, magnetos, safety devices, particularly for railway and mining purposes; lightning conductors, police and fire alarm, long distance alarms, ringing appartus, watchman controlling apparatus, insulating and installation materials for overhead and underground cables, pupin coils, conducting tubes, tubular wires, conductors, masts, contacts, resistances; fuses; switches, gongs, distributing and counting boards, accumulators; depth indicators; and electrodes for electric furnaces, in Class 11 in respect of Surgical hygienic, life saving apparatus instruments and implements, bandgaes, artificial limb, compositions, eyes, teeth; electrical medical apparatus of all kinds, and hot air douches, in Class 18. in respect of Portable houses, chimneys, templets for building purposes, models of buildings, railway superstructure material, bridges, ventilating apparatus, apparatus for liquifying oils, fats and impregnating compositions, furnaces for industrial purposes such as annealing hardening and smelting furnaces, enamelling and drying ovens; rotary tube furnaces, cold and heat producing apparatus, liquid and gas purifying plants, dust extracting apparatus, electrical heating and regulating apparatus, particularly silit resistance for these apparatus, heating radiating apparatus, electrically heated cistern waggons, steam boilers and immersion boilers, in Class, 22, in respect of Tip waggons, land, air and water vehicles, automobiles, cycles and automobiles and accessories, parts of flying machines and accessories therefor, and in Class 40, in respect of Rubber and Rubber substitutes and goods made therefrom for technical purposes particularly electric insulating materials, caoutchou and guttapercha goods for clectrical purposes.

The Applicants disclaim all right to the exclusive use of the letter "S".
