ental Commercial Cannery Co., of No. 1, Wing Hing Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, have by an application dated the 25th day of July 1940, applied for registration in leng Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

in the name of the said Wong Kon Nam Drug Store who claims to be the proprietor thereof.

A trade mark almost identical with the trade mark it is now sought to register as mentioned in the firm's application has been used by the said Wong Kon Nam Drug Store for over thirty years. The only difference is that a photograph of Wong Kon Nam has replaced a globe of the world otherwise the outlay and design of the trade mark is identical.

The registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of all the Chinese characters appearing thereon.

Facsimiles of such trade mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
