NOTICE OF TRANSFER.

N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudu I

lent Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Lee Tai Lum carrying on business under the style or firm name of the Cathay Studio at No. 169 Des Voeux Road Central 1st floor Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong Photographer (here- inafter called "the Transferor") has agreed to transfer to Yee Hop Tong of No. 169 Des Voeux Road Central 1st floor Victoria aforesaid Merchant (hereinafter called "the Transferee") All that the business of the said Cathay Studio together with the goodwill furniture fixtures and other assets thereof.

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the same address and under the same style or firm name and will not assumie

any of the liabilities incurred in the said business by the Transferor.
