(8) Section 20, as amended by Ordinance No. 6 of 1930, is divided into two sub-sections by the insertion of the figure (1)" im- mediately after the figure 20 at the beginning and the insertion of the figure "(2)" immediately after paragraph (d) of the proviso.

(9) Section 22 is amended by the substitution of the word "entitled" for "allowed" in the first line.

(10) Section 23 is amended-

(i) by the substitution of the word con- siders" for "shall consider" in the third line;

(ii) by the repeal of the word "shall" in the sixth line.
