AMENDMENT OR REPEAL.
29. The New Terri- tories Regulation Ordinance, 1910. (No. 34 of 1910), ―conta.
(ii) by the repeal of paragraph (1) and the renumbering of paragraphs (2) and (3) as (1) and (2);
(iii) by the substitution in paragraph (2) as renumbered of the following sub-para- graphs for sub-paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv)—
(a) to declare that any specified place in the New Territories, exclusive of New Kowloon, shall be a market;
(b) to determine the boundaries of any inarket and the area to be served thereby; and
(c) to make rules-
(1) prescribing the construction and form of any building erected or to be erected in any market;
(ii) providing for the management and inspection of any market and for the ap- pointment, control and dismissal of the managers and inspectors thereof;
(iii) prescribing articles or substances which may be sold in markets;
(iv) prescribing articles or substances which shall not be sold except in markets in any area declared as aforesaid to be served by a market:
(8) Section 6A, as amended by Ordinauce No. 7 of 1983, is further amended by the sub- stitution of the following sub-section for sub-section (1)—

(4) Sections 9 to 12 are repealed.
(5) Section 14 is amended---
(i) by the substitution in the second and third lines of the words and figures from the 23rd day of July, 1900," for
