Knitting Company (** A) of No. 81 Fuk Wa Street, Sham- shuipo, Hong Kong, have, by an application dated the 10th day of June, 1939, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following trade mark :-

in the name of the said Kam Lon Knitting Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The trade mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants in respect of Articles of clothing in Class 38 but it is their intention so to use it forthwith.
Registration of the trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the representa- tion of corn.
