OTICE is hereby given that The Radiant Company of Shanghai, have on the 31st day of August, 1938, applied for the registra- tion in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---

Knitting Company(棉藝織業 公司) of No. 32 Fuk Tsun Street, Tai-

koktsui in the Colony of Hong Kong, Mani- facturers, have on the 8th day of Jume, 1938, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

司公業綠藝棉

in the name of Miu Ngai Knitting Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Such trade mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention so to be use it forthwith in Class 38 in respect of Singlets, Shirts, Stockings, Socks and other Articles of Clothing.
