These three Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants and are to be registered in Class 48 in respect of the following goods :—
Trade Mark No. 1 in respect of Toilet articles EXCLUDING perfumed soap.
Trade Mark No. 2 in respect of Tooth Powder.
Trade Mark No. 3 in respect of Tooth paste. Registration of these three Trade Marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the
Chinese characters 無敵”
These three Trade Marks are associated with one another.

claim to be the proprietors thereof.
Such trade mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in Class 13 in respect of electric lamps and in Class 15 in respect of electric light bulbs.
Registration of Trade Marks Nos. 337 of 1933 and 159 of 1938 will be cancelled if and before the Applicants mark is registered.
