NOTICE is hereby given that Toyoda Bo- shoku Kabushika Kaisha, of Nagoya Japan, have on the 12th day of April, 1939, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following

Trade Mark:-

in the name of Toyoda Boshoku Kabushika Kaisha, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants since 5th October 1917, in respect of the following goods :-

Cotton piece goods of all kinds, in

Class 24.
