THE HONG KONG GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, OCTOBER 13, 1939.
The Honourable Mr. CHAU TSUN-NIN, C.B.E, addressed the Council re-affirming the message already conveyed to His Excellency the Governor of the loyalty and whole-hearted support of the Chinese Community.
