3. Sub-section (6) of section 9 of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, is repealed.

4. Section 10 of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, is amended by the substitution of the words under section 8 or section 9 for the words under this section or section 8 in the second line.

This notification cancels the appointment of the Hon. Mr. CAINE notified by Government Notification No. 744 published in the Gazette Extraordinary of the 4th September, 1939.
