4. The following times are appointed for the perform- ance of the following matters and things in the camps:

Reveille. Roll call.

6.00 a.m.

7.00 a..

8.00 a.m.

8.30 a.m.

Sick parade.

9.00 a.m.

Inspection of huts.

Meals-1st sitting.

9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Exercise, fire drill, educational

and recreational activities.

3.00 p.m.

Inspection of huts.

4.00 p.m.

Meals 1st sitting.

7.00 p.m.--All children under 7 years in bed. 9.00 p.m. All to be in Camp. Gates closed.

Lights out.

9.30 p.m.

5. No meals shall be eaten except in a place appointed by the camp controller.

Internees must at all times wear their identification tags on the front of their coats or dresses and the Camp Controller is authorized to prevent internees who fail to display such marks of identification from entering the dining huts.

Babies-in-arms and children may be exempted from this rule. In such cases the mother or guardian must carry the identification tags on her person, together with her own.

6. No person shall spit in the camp or smoke in any hut.

7. The camp, the huts and the latrines must be kept clean. No person shall wilfully disobey this rule.

8. No internee shall disobey the instructions of a camp guard, whether a soldier or a police officer. If any internee objects to any such instruction he shall report to the camp controller whose decision shall be final.

9. If an internce has any complaint whatever he shall report it to the camp controller and shall not, by making a speech or otherwise, do anything tending to cause disaffection in the camp.

10. Internees shall make complaints to the camp con- troller at the time and place appointed by him.

11. Internees who require medical treatment shall attend at such time and place as the camp controller shall appoint.

12. No person shall gamble in the camp.

13. No person shall wilfully waste any water in the camp.

14, No person other than an internee may enter the camp without permission of the Director of Medical Services, the Commissioner of Police or the camp controller.
