NOTICE is hereby given that the candle power of the light of Uma Shima Lighthouse, on Uma Shima, Province of Iwami, has been increased as follows since the 1st of May, 1918.

Kobe Harbour. New Light to be Shown.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following lighthouses have been established on the both ends of East Breakwater, Kobe Harbour. The lights will be shown about the middle of May, 1918.

Further notice will be given after the lights have been effected.

Kobe Ko East Breakwater South Lighthouse.

Position-Lat. 34° 40′ 8′′ N., Long. 135° 11′ 55′′ E. (According to Japanese

Admiralty Chart No. 101.)

Description :--Iron lattice work, painted red.

Height of light --35 shaku above the base, 39 shaku above the water.
