CHINA TRADING COMPANY of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Importers and Ex- porters, and General Morchants, have on the 12th day of December, 1917, applied for the

registration in Hongkong, in the Register of

Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---

The above Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicants forthwith in respect of :-

Goods of precious metals (including alumi- nium, nickel, Britannia metal, &c.) and jewellery, and imitations of such goods and jewellery, in Class 14. Perfumery (including toilet articles, pre- parations for the teeth and hair) ex- cluding perfumed soap, in Class 48. Dated this 14th day of December, 1917.
