HURSDAY, the 21st day of February, 1918, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, aforesaid.
No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt at least 24 hours before the Meeting.
Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained and filled in at the Official Receiver's Offico during office hours.
At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtor shall be adjudged Bankrupt.
