(a) the words "contained" in the first line and “hereof in the penultimate line are repealed;

(b) the words and figure "sub-section (1) are substituted for "paragraph (a) of this section' in the fifth line, "thinks" for "shall think" in the seventh and eighth lines, and the figures "46" for "43" in the tenth line.
