PART IV.—EXEMPTIONS.

5.-(1) None of the provisions of the Ordinance (except section 5), and none of these regulations (except this Part) shall apply to-

(a) dangerous goods—

(i) in quantities not exceeding those specified in Column 3 of the Table to this regulation, or

(ii) in quantities exceeding those specified in Column 3 of the said Table but not exceeding those specified in Column 2 of the said Table, if the goods are in the possession of a person duly authorized under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1937, or regulations made thereunder, to have possession of poisons,

(b) safety ammunition and cartridges for small arms in the possession of a person who holds a valid licence issued pursuant to the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, 1933,
